My favourite criticism of @Superhuman. "Ah but high touch onboarding is not scalable". Really? Each rep can do 40 onboardings per week, dropping $14,400 in ARR. With 4 weeks holiday p.a that is $691,200. $691,200 x 150 reps = $103.6M ARR. I rest my case. Scalable.↗

Using @Superhuman is like using a fitness tracker. You invest into something, so you put in effort to do it right. I have better email health (towards inbox zero) in my first 24 hours of Superhuman than I’ve had in the last 5 years. Will see if it lasts, but props @rahulvohra↗
